5. Productivity is low.


In view of all these problems, most manufacturers use large polishing machines, automatic multiple polishing, liquid polishing paste, and the wheel group width 800 ~ 1000mm. (3) Polishing liquid choice to have an important influence on the polishing quality, polishing process should not only have the effect of grinding to grain, and to have the leveling light effect, polishing of quartz sand and liquid paraffin can respectively the above role, especially the content of quartz sand must be appropriate, meet too much quartz sand, aluminum surface has mild abrasive grain, especially after three acid oxidation, make quality decline.
